Requerida para la venta o alquiler de un inmueble. Mide el comportamiento energético de un edificio y lo clasifica desde el más eficiente (A) al menos eficiente (G)
INFORME DE EVALUACIÓN DEL EDIFICIO
Contiene la certificación energética del edificio y además una evaluación sobre sus condiciones constructivas y de accesibilidad. Es un documento requerido para solicitar ayudas públicas a la rehabilitación en los programas estatales y obligatorio para aquellos edificios de vivienda colectiva de más de 50 años de antigüedad.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
Required for selling or renting a real state property. It measures the energetic performance of a building and ranks it from most (A) to least (G) efficient.
BUILDING EVALUATION CERTIFICATE
Includes the Energy Performance Certificate plus an Evaluation of its Constructive and Accessibility characteristics. This certificate is required to apply to public subsidies for building renovation granted by national programs run by IDAE.
